The Resource Exchange is the local community agency responsible for evaluation and eligibility determination for early intervention services for El Paso County. They will be on hand to provide a free developmental screening for children of Army Families aged newborn to 3 years old.
It is a quick and simple process where you can provide information about your child and recieve results immediately following the screening.
This service is provided by a partnership between the El Paso County Resource Exchange and Army Community Service (ACS) Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP).
