Special Events Team

The Special Events Team develops, coordinates, stages, and manages quality community recreation and entertainment programs to include: fairs, holiday activities, concerts and much more. These programs are designed to improve the quality of life within our community. Most events/programs are open to the general public.

Below you will find vendor applications, documents, and information for community events with Ft. Carson MWR. 

General Application

Thank you for your interest in the Ft. Carson MWR. We look forward to hearing about your event! Applications are due no later than 6 months prior to the event. Fees are due no later than 3 months to the event. Fees vary per event.  

To start a contract we need proof of insurance (see Ft. Carson Proof of Insurance Example), a DUNS number (see DUNS info packet), a W-9, EFT form, and a Food or Merchandise Vendor Application. Food vendors please note the Fort Carson Food Standards document.

All vendors please refer to the Vendor Information Sheet. All vendors are required to attend Anti-Terrorism Training. Please see attached sheet for more information. If you have questions please contact us using the contact form below.

Freedom Fest (late June / early July)

Thank you for your interest in the Ft. Carson MWR Freedom Fest. Applications are due no later than 6 months prior to the event. Fees are due no later than 3 months to the event. Fees vary per event.

Fall Festival & Zombie Dash (October)

This year's Ft. Carson MWR Fall Festival and Zombie Dash is tentatively set for Saturday, October 17, 2020. 

Applications are due no later than 6 months prior to the event. Fees are due no later than 3 months to the event. Fees vary per event.
