The Special Events Team develops, coordinates, stages, and manages quality community recreation and entertainment programs to include: fairs, holiday activities, concerts and much more. These programs are designed to improve the quality of life within our community.
To start a contract we need proof of insurance (see Ft. Carson Proof of Insurance Example), a DUNS number (see DUNS info packet), a W-9, EFT form, and a Food or Merchandise Vendor Application. Food vendors please note the Fort Carson Food Standards document.
All vendors please refer to the Vendor Information Sheet. All vendors are required to attend Anti-Terrorism Training. Below you will find vendor applications, documents, and information for community events with Ft. Carson MWR. Please see attached for more information.
