Fort Carson Volunteer of the Quarter Award recognizes any outstanding volunteer instrumental in the support of a Unit, Directorate or Private Organization throughout a specified quarter. The VOQ recognition takes place at the 4th Infantry Division Headquarters, room 107. A slide presentation highlighting each VOQ recipient is played during the ceremony. Light refreshements served.
The VOQ Award is based on a Calendar Year vs. Fiscal Year. Please see below for the nomination and recognition schedule:
1st Quarter - Jan/Feb/Mar 2019: Packet Due: 21 March 2019 Recognition: 11 April 2019 (combined with the FC Annual Volunteer Award Recognition). Location: Event held at the Elkhorn Conference Center on 11 April 2019.
2nd Quarter - Apr/May/Jun 2019: Packet Due: 24 June 2019 Recognition: 25 July 2019

3rd Quarter - July/Aug/Sept 2019: Packet Due: 23 September 2019 Recognition 24 October 2019
