Teens and Pre-teens at the CYS Youth Center will have the opportunity to participate in an interactive workshop that will inform them on the topic of dating violence and healthy vs. unhealthy relationships. When adolescents start to explore dating, a troubling number experience abuse or violence. The workshop will cover sexual, physical, stalking, harassment, psychological, and technology-based abuse.
This workshop is offered at the Teen Center on February 13th and 14th. Parent Permission slip is required.

IAW AR 608-18, the Troop education program consists of annual troop education conducted by FAP personnel for all Soldiers on the dynamics of spouse and child abuse, the availability of prevention and treatment services, and the Army’s policies regarding Family violence.
