- Rescue Medications (i.e. EpiPen, inhaler, seizure medication, etc.) will need to be in original packaging with the prescription label.
- If eligible for Deployment Benefits, please provide a copy of deployment orders at drop off.
- $5/hour or deployment benefits can be used.
- For attending Unit functions and you do not have deployment benefits, please speak directly with your Unit FRL to confim how payment will be made.

- Bottles with formula
- Labeled with: Date, type of formula, child's first and last name
- Bottles with breast milk
- Labeled with: Date, type of formula, child's first and last name & time when pumped or thawed.
- Please provide one bottle per two hours of care.
- Diapers: one diaper per one hour of care & wipes
- Change of clothes (preferably two)
