A self-help facility for Active Duty, Retirees, DOD Civilians and authorized Veterans. ASE certified instructors are available to guide patrons through even the most challenging of tasks.

The Self-Help program is for the do-it-yourselfer who prefers to get their hands dirty more than paying the high repair costs associated with modern auto repairs.

The Auto Skills Center offers 18 lift bays, 10 flat bays, 1 Alignment bay, and 2 paint booths for your various repair needs.

All bays include a full set of hand tools and the use of the tool room at no extra cost to you.

Automotive Instructors are available for information and to guide you along with your project.  For more information or need specifics call 1 (719) 526-2147.

Clean-up time begins half an hour before closing.

Call 719-526-0096 when bad weather occurs to see if the Fort Carson Auto Skills Center is open.  The Fort Carson Auto Skills Center employees and/or personnel are not considered mission essential during inclement weather situations.
