Individual Disability Evaluation System (IDES) and Soldier Recovery Unit (SRU) Soldiers in Transition: Your transition through the IDES process is important to Army Community Service! Once you have submitted your Narrative Summary (NARSUM), you should attend this Transition Briefing.
