Individual Disability Evaluation System (IDES) and Soldier Recovery Unit (SRU) Soldiers in Transition: Your transition through the IDES process is important to Army Community Service! Once you have attended your IDES Briefing, you should attend this Transition Briefing. This is the IDEAL time to discuss resources and ask questions before you receive a rating or orders.
