Discover a Better You

Discover a Better You is a relationship education for singles from the PREP series "Got Your Back". It is an experiential learning process that builds self-awareness, promotes mindful choices, emphasizes relationship skills, and encourages participants to value themselves. This class focuses on young, single service members.

There are 8 components that set the individual up for success. It is preferable that participants attend every class however each lesson can stand on its own if a participant only attends some of the classes.

Each session covers a different subject:

• June 28 - Keys to Success & Personality
• July 5 - Anger/Stress & Communicating Well
• Aug. 9 - Expectations & Frustrating Situations
• Sept. 20 - Relationships & Your Future

All sessions are held 9:30-11:30 a.m. at the ACS Center, bldg. 1526
