EFMP Developmental Screening @ CDC Monarch

Location: Monarch CDC 7334 Womack St. Bldg. 2764, Ft Carson CO 80913.

The Army Community Service (ACS) Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) is teaming up with The Resource Exchange (TRE) and the New Parent Support Program to provide a FREE developmental screening for children, newborn to five years of age. A screening can determine if a child is meeting his or her developmental milestones. Looking at milestones can help identify potential problems early and can make a huge impact on a child’s life. Early intervention helps children learn important skills, make the most of their strengths, and improve their quality of life.

Parents and/or guardians are expected to remain with their children throughout the event.

Registration is strongly recommended, but walk-ins are welcome. Service dogs are welcome.
