Exceptional Kids Yoga is a fun therapeutic activity for children with developmental disabilities that offers tools for improving flexibility, physical strength, coordination, confidence, and social skills while in a sensory- friendly environment. This FREE class will focus on breathing and yoga techniques which may require hands-on assistance. Exceptional Kids Yoga is designed to be an interactive activity between the caregiver and child. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats, however yoga mats will be available for use.

ACS Inclement Weather Policy: If the installation is on a 2 hour or less delay, ACS events will be adjusted to a 9:30 a.m. start time.
