Father's Day Stay-cation

Celebrate Father's Day with us by participating in our Fort Carson MWR Facebook contest.

All you have to do is share an original photo or video of honoring someone or being honored with a "Father's Day Stay-cation". Submit your creative picture or video on our Father's Day Stay-cation Facebook event page.

A photo/video will be selected at random to win a $50 e-visa gift card. 

• Winner will be notified via Facebook messenger.
• Contest will start 22 June at 9 a.m. and end 22 June at 5 p.m. (posting will go live at 9 a.m.)
• Comment post must be received no later than 5 p.m. MST.
• Submissions will be taken between 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. No submission will be counted after 5 p.m.

• Grill for Dad
• Mow the grass/yard work
• Camp in the backyard
• S'mores in the backyard
• Give him a best dad certificate
• Go "fishing" if you have a pool
• Play yard games
• Video game competition
• Help him finish his "Honey-Do" List

Proof is determined by one of the following, proof of registration in a CYS program, an email sent from a Fort Carson account, or copy of orders assigning them to Fort Carson, or through a video call/conference showing proof of their valid DOD ID card.

Official Rules: To be entered in this contest, potential winner needs to be capable of providing a photo or video to the Fort Carson MWR Facebook page. To be eligible for prize potential winner must show proof of Fort Carson affiliation (Soldier, Family, Retiree, DoD Civilian).
