If you are new to Fort Carson or settled in, bring your kids to this family friendly event. Trick-or-Treat through our Monster Bash, create a craft and hear the story of the “Color Monster”.
Parents must be present at the event.
Costumes encouraged, but not required!
Open to all DoD ID card holders.
