• DoD ID Card holders are invited to participate in Fight the Fluff Fat Loss Competition.
• Cost: a commitment fee of $55 per participant, which will include a Garmin vivofit 3, 3 Group Fitness class coupons, and a t-shirt. 
• Prizes for two categories (male & female): 1st prize $125, 2nd prize $75, 3rd prize $50.
• We will conduct  body fat assessments every other Tuesday at Waller FC.
