Upon completion of the survey, you'll be entered into a weekly and final grand prize drawing.

Terms and Conditions

·      Prizes must be picked up at Fort Carson MWR Administrative Offices (Ste. 215) by claim deadline, no exceptions. Gate access procedures apply.

·      No mailing or delivery of prizes. (No exceptions.)

·      Failure to claim prize by claim deadline results in forfeiture of prize, no exceptions.

·      Another winner is drawn in the event of prize forfeiture.

·      Winners are drawn weekly using the schedule of prize giveaways listed below.

·      Winners are notified using contact information provided in survey (Name, phone number, e-mail)

·      Fort Carson MWR may request photos of winners with prizes for further marketing purposes.
