This course is designed to show you the basics in how the site functions as well as how to administer your unit's vFRG site. Recommended attendees include Commanders, Family Readiness Liaisons, Family Readiness Advisors, Family Readiness Group Leaders, and those selected as site administrators.

Is the never-ending battle over screen time really worth it? Are you more and more concerned about what your children are accessing on their devices? Join us as we cover what research says about the benefits of establishing limits on the time out children sped in front of the T.V., computer and hand-held devices. We will share some ideas for developing healthy viewing routines and share what other parents have found that works in their homes.

This 15-week class will encourage father-child relationships, cultivate bonding, attachment, communication and build family resiliency.
