The Elkhorn Catering and Conference Center (ECCC) is your go-to venue for any event, in addition to providing off-site catering to various locations on Fort Carson. Our elegant ballroom can accommodate up to 250 guests for a seated meal, or up to 350 guests for a conference setup, with full AV support available upon request. Our services cover a wide range of events, from formal catered banquets and outdoor festivals to community-based programs.
