- Serves as the initial point of contact connecting Soldiers and Families to ACS programs and community resources based on individual needs.
- Conducts client intake and needs assessments to identify appropriate services and improve quality of life outcomes.
- Provides direct referrals to on-post and off-post agencies, including financial assistance, immigration support, family services, and community programs.
- Coordinates with community partners and service providers to ensure Soldiers and Families receive timely and appropriate support.
- Offers client advocacy and liaison support, working between Soldiers/Families and service providers to ensure effective service delivery.
