Bring your CAC in person to your chosen 25-Hour Fitness Center during staffed hours (weekdays 5 a.m.- 1 p.m.). Your 24-hour access will be linked to your card through the RecTrac system.

Access and Staffing
24-hour Fitness Centers have limited staffed hours of operation with all other hours are unstaffed (
see hours for individual gym details). At the end of staffed hours, all patrons are required to exit, and registered
patrons may scan back in with their DOD ID card.
For necessary system updates, 24/7 access will be unavailable every 3rd Tuesday/Wednesday of each month from 3 p.m. Tuesday afternoon to 5 a.m. Wednesday morning.

24/7 fitness centers give service members and their families round-the-clock access to gyms, helping them stay mission-ready while balancing unpredictable schedules. This flexibility supports physical health, morale, and family resilience.

How to Register for 24/7 Access
- Visit the front desk at a participating fitness center
- Complete the 24/7 access form
- Watch a short orientation video
- Register your CAC or MWR access card for entry
- Once registered, your card grants you access to designated fitness centers during unstaffed hours
Who Can Use 24/7 Access?
- Active-duty Service Members (17+ years old)
- Retirees and Family Members (18+ years old)
- DoW Civilians and Contractors (18+ years old, where authorized)
Safety and Policies
- Facilities have security cameras and emergency call stations
- Patrons must follow all posted rules and regulations
- No guests are allowed during unstaffed hours
- Report any safety concerns to fitness center staff
24-Hour Access Rules
You assume full responsibility for your personal safety.
— Exercise within your limits.
— Use a spotter when necessary.
— Avoid unsafe behavior.
— In an emergency, call 911 and inform responders you are on Fort Carson.
— Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs) & First Aid kits are located on the gym floor.

Prohibited during unstaffed hours:
— No guests or non-registered patrons allowed during unstaffed hours.
— No sharing CAC or DOD ID cards.
— No holding or propping doors open; ensure access door closes securely.
— No piggyback entry.
Monitoring & Accountability:
CCTV Cameras recording at all times. Prohibited actions may result in loss of privileges & disciplinary action. Criminal behavior, damage theft, and unsafe conduct will be prosecuted.
