Complete the challenge to earn your place in the 1,000/500 Pound Club!

$18 Entry Fee includes a club T-shirt and the chance to earn a place for YOUR NAME on the Garcia Fitness Center 1000 lbs. & 500 lbs. Club Plaque! Contact Garcia Fitness Center to sign up. 
       Open to ages 18+
       Must fill out a waiver prior to performing the lifts
       Shoes are required
 
This challenge consists of 3 individual lifts (Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift) with the Highest WT Recorded. Fitness staff members will act as judges and spotters for your lifts.
— The combined weight of the 3 lifts must total a minimum of 500 or 1,000 pounds.
— All lifts must be completed on the same day, but there is no time limit in-between lifts.
— You may have 3 attempts on the same lift, and lifts can be done in any order you choose. (It is highly recommended to First Squat, then Bench Press and finish with the Deadlift.)
— Support wrist straps and chalk are allowed, and participants may wear a weightlifting belt.
